Patrick
J. McGrory was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1992 and Federal
Bar for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York in 1994. He is
experienced in the areas of Wills, Trusts and Estates, Real Estate, and
Civil Litigation. In his eighteen years of practice, he has devised
practical estate plans for clients while minimizing tax consequences,
successfully negotiated favorable settlements in litigated matters,
obtained favorable results in litigated claims where settlement was not
possible and has successfully closed over a thousand real estate
transactions. He is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and
St. John’s University Law Alumni Association. He serves on the Board of
the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick on Long Island and on the Board of
Sacred Heart Parish School in North Merrick, New York. Patrick received a
Law Degree from St. John’s University in 1991 and a Bachelor’s Degree
from St. John’s University in 1988.
